TT Endorsed Talent

We’re proud to spotlight the talented individuals in our community who we fully vouch for — Alumni and passionate locals alike. Every person featured here comes with our genuine recommendation: we’ve worked with them, we believe in their abilities, and we’d trust them with any job. 

To qualify for Endorsement, Talent must complete the following:

  1. Formal Training. (24+ credits—from us and/or comparable recognized programs.)
  2. Representation by a recognized major Agency in our region.
  3. Verifiable Experience. (Equivalent of at least 3 ‘Professional’ Projects on their Resume)
  4. Professional Referral by Staff/Associates. (Can be revoked if we receive a complaint.)

Once Endorsed we’ll continue to promote/feature them on our page—even if they’re no longer involved in our programs! Basically, it’s our own little “Hall of Fame” for those that have made a difference right here in Toledo, OH.
