Whether you’re a regular Model, or just enjoy being in front of the camera, you’ll have the chance to create beautiful photos in a variety of settings! Our talented photographers are hand-picked to ensure you get quality photos back in a timely manner. What to Expect

This event is intended to act more as a “Mixer” for models/photographers than your typical group shoot:

• All 4 sets will be built in our main studio room, and our photographers will be positioned centrally to be able to capture anything they see on any set.
• Models are encouraged to “Walk On” to any set they see sitting empty and strike a pose, or stand near one in use to “call next”/signal for the current group to “wrap up.”
• Our staff will do their best to ensure everyone is seen, and that those waiting on specific sets are not waiting for long.

The adjacent breakroom will be available for those looking to cool off/discuss ideas/formally meet one another.

• A baseline level of snacks/drinks will be provided by the studio for all to enjoy.
• Participants are also welcome—but not required!—to bring something small of their choosing to help build more of a “Potluck” for all to enjoy.

A curated collection of props, accessories, and outfit pieces will also be arranged in a separate space (across from the restrooms) for participants to borrow from, and the adjacent conference room will be set up for participants to use for Makeup.

Costuming Note: To ensure the comfort of all guests, no revealing/risqué outfits or nudity will be permitted (partial, implied, or otherwise!).

What you get back

After the event our Photographers will upload their shots to a google drive folder shared with the attendees, and each will make their own subfolder with their Instagram handle as the name (so you know who to tag).

• Models may delete any photos they are in if they do not like them.
• Models may share any solo shots immediately, provided they tag the photographer.
• Once a Model posts ANY picture from the shoot, they give all other participants permission to post anything still in the folders that they are in.
• After 2 weeks, any photos that remain in the folders will likewise be considered “fair game”—even if the model(s) in them haven’t posted.
• ***Participants are also welcome/encouraged to reach out to one another directly to ask permission to post before the deadline.
